First of all, let me say, your band was awesome on Saturday night. Wow, that was impressive. At first I thought, wow how do all those Spartan employees have all that musical talent, but then I realized I should be asking why are all those musicians working at Spartan? You guys obviously are working because you like to, because there’s no doubt in my mind you could all be making a living playing.
I have seen a lot of bands over the years in different venues and you guys would take a back seat to none of them. The place was rocking. And I loved the song selection. It was like you stole my IPOD. I had to leave the room when the DJ was playing because I couldn’t stand that music. My wife decided to head for the room before your last set but I said there’s no way I’m missing this so I stayed. Thanks for the hi-light of the night, to steal a TSN term. I’ve already told some friends in Calgary that if they want to hire a band for a party to call you guys. Whatever you charge it’s worth it.

When Pigs Fly is a fantastic band with great musicians who play Classic Rock music, some newer stuff, and even a bit of country if you ask. Their music is easy to sing and dance to. The band even includes five ISA members and they help make our annual Oktoberfest event the largest ISA social event each year! We’ve hired them multiple times and will book them again in the future.

Love going to see the Pigs..have seen them at New Years Eve, retirement functions, anniversary celebrations and industry events, in varying sizes from 100 to 1500. Always very well equipped w sound, lights, and smoke show. Like the stage props and occasional costumes that suit the music. Really enjoy how they can tailor the lyrics of a few songs to the theme of the event, be it personal or corporate. Knowing several of the band members makes the night even more enjoyable… a group of techy engineers turned artists!! They take their music very seriously, with a growing playlist and some really sweet harmonies. Everyone loves a ‘tight’ act with familiar music that they grew up with.
